    Standard Hotel check-in time is usually between 12 PM - 2 PM & check-out time is between 10 AM to 12 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability & hotel may charge extra (not included in the tour price). In case of late check-in, please inform the hotel about your arrival time. In case you arrive before check-in time & free rooms are unavailable, you can fresh-up in hotel washroom and proceed with sightseeing until your check-in time. In rare cases, the primary hotel mentioned in the tour page may be unavailable. You will be offered alternate accommodation in the same or higher category. If you are not satisfied with alternate hotel, you may choose to cancel the tour (100% of booking amount will be refunded). Hotel rooms are provided on twin sharing basis. In case of 3 adults, 3-sharing room with extra mattress (on floor) will be provided. Wherever room category is not mentioned in the quote / website, Standard room will be provided Hotel may deny check-in for unmarried couple and no refund will be issued in such cases On Christmas Eve (Dec 24/25th) & New Year (Dec 31st), Hotel may charge extra amount for Mandatory gala dinner from guests (directly payable at hotel - not included in the package cost) Hotel Voucher will take at least 2 working days from the date of booking All Hotels are booked in the name of Primary Traveler mentioned at the time of booking. Any change in guest name is considered as tour canceled and rebooked - cancellation charges apply & hotels based on availability. Valid ID & Address proof need to be carried for all guests including children. For few tours, breakfast is not included in the package (text saying "w/o breakfast" is mentioned in room category under Hotels for such tours) If package includes breakfast & hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast, INR 100 for 2-star, INR 150 for 3-star & INR 250 for 4-star will be provided as Breakfast expenses per person (above 5 years). If you miss complimentary breakfast in the hotel due to early morning sightseeing (before 8 AM), you need to have breakfast outside at own expense. Usually Hotel Reservations are not required for kids below 3 years. In case of any charges by hotels for below 3y kids, amount needs to be paid directly at the hotel. If you want us to include below 3y kid in hotel reservation, consider children as above 3y and book the tour accordingly.

Day 1 : Starts from Bangalore - Bangalore Sightseeing

    Places Covered: Bull Temple, Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace, Lalbagh Botanical Garden, Cubbon Park, High Court, Vidhana Soudha and ISKCON Temple. Night stay in Bangalore - 3* Hotel - Pearl Suites - A Boutique Hotel or Similar – Deluxe Ac Room with Free Breakfast.

Day 2 : Day 2 – Travel to Mysore & Sightseeing

    Places Covered: Sri Ranganatha Temple, Tipu’s Summer Palace, Gumbaz, Chamundi Hill, Big Bull, Jagan Mohan Palace or Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery, St.Philomena’s Church and Brindavan garden.

Day 3 : Day 3 – Mysore Sightseeing & Travel back to Bangalore

    Places Covered: Mysore Zoo, Lalitha Mahal Palace and Karanji Lake.

Price Includes:

    Transport by A.C & Non-AC vehicle as per the above itinerary. Hotel rooms are provided on twin sharing basis. In case of 3 adults, 3-sharing room with extra mattress (on floor) will be provided. Breakfast during stay, unless mentioned in Hotel Details section. Sightseeing as per Itinerary by Private Cab Fuel & all Road taxes. Toll taxes & Parking fee. Driver allowance and Rewards.

Price Excludes:

    Air, Train & Jeep fare. Guide & Entry fee during sightseeing Boating Horse ride etc, Driver allowance will be charged extra if the driver on duty before 6.00 AM or after 10.00 PM. Laundry, Food, Tips, Liquor exp, any other item not specified in “Cost Includes”.

    Booking can be modified up to 48 Hours before the travel date (cancellation & amendment charges apply for hotels along with any price difference for revised date - hotels based on availability). Booking can be modified only once (any circumstance) and further changes are treated as fresh booking. Tour Cancellation after amendment is non-refundable (no refund is possible). For customized tours (not booked through website directly), cancellation policy mentioned during quotation is applicable Booking can be cancelled up to 3 days before travel date (below Cancellation Policy applies - no partial cancellation)

    Cancellation Policy (Travel Date Jan 6 to Dec 10) 16 days & beyond from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 20% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee Between 8-15 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 50% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee Between 3-7 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 75% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee No Refund if cancelled within 48 Hours from date of travel, excluding travel date (sorry, we already paid for your Hotel & Cab by this time) Cancellation Policy (Travel Date Dec 11 to Jan 5) 16 Days & Beyond from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 50% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee Between 8-15 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 75% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee No Refund if cancelled within 7 days from date of travel, excluding travel date (sorry, we already paid for your Hotel & Cab by this time) In case of national lockdown / epidemic like Coronavirus, free reschedule can be arranged, if confirmed at least one week before travel date. For tour cancellation, above cancellation policy will apply.
